Due to company growth and expansion of services, the requirement for the right building in the right location was imperative to GreenCity Solutions to be able to serve both their employees and customers in the ever growing, changing and demanding industry of environmentally friendly, secure and energy efficient business services.
Previously, two companies, Business Coms and Shield Technologies, worked closely together for a number of years and then they eventually merged in 2015. The merger was closely followed by two acquisitions of Quest Cloud Solutions and Total Solutions which also included team members with expertise across the different service areas offered by GreenCity Solutions. GreenCity Solutions now employs 38 members of staff, expanded their service range further and has just completed the renovation of a 7,500 sq. ft building in Orton Southgate.
Serious investment has been made to completely refurbish the new premises, creating a central hub in Peterborough that will completely revolutionise the way GreenCity Solutions services its customers, allowing clients and customers to visit the centre for product demonstrations, new launches and training opportunities. The transformation of the new unit is important for many businesses throughout Peterborough and the rest of the UK to become more environmentally friendly.
